Please read the following Terms & Conditions before you proceed with your online booking, and ensure that you accept the terms and conditions that are listed below. Please note our reservation fees are as follows :
 
Reservation Fees
Booking fee €5.00 per home
 
Our Cancellation Policy
 
If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival or fail to show up, 100% of the first nights accommodation fee will be charged to your credit card.
 
Deposit

A non returnable deposit of 7% (live properties) and 15% (request properties) will be deducted from your credit card at the time of booking. The balance is payable to your host on departure.
 
Live Bookings

Many properties offer a live booking facility. You will receive an instant confirmation. The 7% deposit and booking fee of €5 will be charged to your credit card. The balance is payable to your host on departure. 
 
Request Bookings

When making a request booking, you will be asked to choose a 2nd and 3rd choice B&B accommodation in case your initial selection is unavailable. Please take note of the cost of the 2nd and 3rd choice B&B accommodation, as the prices may differ. Please note that it may possible that your 3 choices of Town & Country Homes Properties are unavailable. If this situation arises, we will offer you an alternative choice. Bookings will be confirmed within 48 hours.The 15% deposit and booking fee of €5 will be charged to your credit card. The balance is payable to your host on departure.
 
Mix of live and request bookings

If you decide to book a number of nights and choose a mix of live and request properties, your confirmation for all properties will arrive within 24 hours. The deposit & booking fee will be charged to your credit card when the entire booking is completed. The balance is payable to your host on departure.
 
Vouchers

If you have purchased vouchers from a travel agent, you can only book homes with the ‘V’ symbol shown above, which indicates acceptance of vouchers.

Children

Many homes offer a reduction for children under 12, this normally applies when children share with parents. Look for the child reduction symbol.    
                                
Arrival Times

If you are arriving at the your accommodation later than 6p.m. please notify the home directly. The home may contact you via e-mail or telephone in advance of your arrival date to request an approximate arrival time.
 
Amend Booking 

You can amend your booking through the pod on our homepage "cancel & amend booking".
